Angry Man in Car - Giving my 12 year old Claude Code
I sat down with my 12 year old daughter on a week night and explained to her the basics of working with Claude Code in the command line interface.
I told her to draw pictures of a game she wanted to design and we would take photos and feed it in and then she could answer questions.
The result was “Angry Man in Car” which I present to you below.

This took a couple hours to produce. It was all her design but it took a little help from me to figure out how to explain to Claude Code that we wanted the “road” to move or how to convert the music from MIDI files we found online.
Neither of us looked at any of the underlying code at any point.
I think this shows we definitely are “over the hump” with AI. It is not going away. It is definitely part of the job description at this point. I would advise 12 year olds everywhere to start learning it.
